Condors: NHS Reform

In 2004, I visited Peru and amongst all the places I visited was Colca Canyon for its famous condors:

They were obviously going for the dead animal down in the valley.

We saw the locals: lovely people.

Then our tour guide told us that nowadays, in order to attract tourists, the locals pushed cows into the canyon to keep the condors happy.

Looks like some one else is doing that with the modern cows (90 Billions of it) : read about it here, here, here.
